Good Washington DC restaurants?!

Im looking for a restaurant that can seat around 15 people. Its for a friends bachelor party. Somewhere in DC. Nothing way too pricey, but maybe something with plates no more than 40 bucks each. Somewhere guys around 25-28 can have a good time at and eat some damn good food, and it wont be stuffy. younger crowd would be cool. but defiantly doesn't matter in the least. thanks so much!!
