yep it clings to the torso and you can twist a bit too.

the ribbing at the bottom looks substantial enough to sit snugly where positioned on the ankles regardless of height, isn't this true?

or is your point that on shorter people, the pants bunch up and look too baggy at the lower leg?

i'd say it's more for 175cm+ peeps and the ribbing is excellent for tucking into boots too
