So CNBC is running a show called American Originals: Levi's: Sewing a Legend, apparently they're giving history and telling how to identify vintage pairs, not that most people here need that info.

It's an interesting program, I saw the premier on the 23rd. I doubt that Levi's will ever see that sort of mania over their jeans ever again though. Shame.

You guys never know I believe Levis will make a come back again. I know at least for Vintage Denim there is more interest than ever including the early 90's. I believe it will happen someday when consumers have confidence again.

The show is great Lynn is great on it.

as a vintage product they will never lose their appeal. but as a iconic brand? i think once Levi's closed their factories in the USA they also killed a lot of jobs and loyal american customers who bought their product simply because they were made in the USA. There is an even bigger market of people abroad who used to buy Levi's because they were a USA made product and don't buy this brand anymore.
