Lowering the rise on LVC 505s

How easy would it be to lower the rise on LVC 505s? For example, the JP only 505s have a customized low rise.

i dont know if its possible to change the rise of a pair of jeans wihout completely changing the fit...

i would imagine you would have to undo the inseam, recut it so it goes higher on the crotch which might completly ruin the pair...and even then i dont even know if this is all possible lol.
