Mine came today. I agree very stiff and mine werent shortened either, I got mad stacks cause I am only 5'5, and these are crazy long. I will update with fit pics when I can get them (soon I promise) but you have already seen what they look like laid out on the floor and comming out of the fed ex bag. I wont bore you all with that again.
