Pricewise, depends on what logans you are talking about.

there are the logan patent, logan elk, logan sophnet and logan mmj(i think regular logans there are only these).

i think retail at FIL were around 24 000 yens for the patents, 31 000 for the elk skins and the sophnets probably around 35, but those didn't do too well i believe.

what you are willing to pay is up to you. to me, it's stupid to pay more than 20/25% more than retail for a pair of visvims
