How to up my torrent download ratio?

Just wondering if any of you guys have tips to up your uploads with torrent sites?

And what torrent program do you use with a mac?

I would believe most torrent clients are functional with a mac since it's just about configuring ports, etc.

An answer to your problem would be to download something that is popular, something a lot of people are wanting to download (check out the downloads/peers/seeders and all that info) and just leave it on for like a week. I would suggest seeding a popular music album or porn.

I just seed a single movie for as long as possible and delete most other torrent files after they get past 1.00, and i always have around a 2.50 - 3.00 ratio.

I use utorrent with demonoid.com and oink.cd

reseed old torrents... starting new torrents helps alot, since odds are, you're the only one seeding the file (in the beginning anyways)... just find something that just leaked... and start a torrent on your torrent site

transmissions sucks it's really really slow and kind of limited with what you can tweak

use utorrent

I tried downloading the same torrent with both and utorrent was giving me dl speeds of 500-600K per sec whereas on transmissions I was getting around 40K. I think it has to do with ISP throttling bt traffic and Utorrent allows traffic to encrypted to bypass some traffic detection methods.
