maybe you can dye the spots to help it blend in better. I doubt you'll be able to get it to look like new but it might help.

I know they sell dye for clothing at wal-mart but I am sure you can find it many places.

Get some raw black denim. Sew it on like a patch. Or rip off the denim in that bleached part and repair it with the denim. Or get a new pair.
