I have a feeling / vibe that tells me that there are some elements in this collection that are very similar to Burberry ss 08. Like the shiny trousers and the colors.

But anyway, That aside, Dries Van Noten never disappoints. Strong collection IMO.

Nothing in this collection seems even remotely interesting to me... except the scarves!

Substituting the sheer shirting fabrics this is very wearable for me. I'm not blown away like I was with their winter offering but this is a pleasant collection - really mature and sophisticated but still nice and relaxed.

not very interesting collection...it's very costume-y. and the bathrobe thingy looks way too cheesy...mustard collored shoes....come on!

I honestly really like Dries and think for the money, his fabrics and cuts are on par with the likes of Lanvin. I think this whole collection is ruined from the color choices though; I mean, it's just too much. Pale orange, royal blue, neon yellow and green, and a yellow/green that looks like puke.

I will say that some of the sporty jackets, sweaters, and long shorts look like thier cut to perfection and super comfortable but that's about where the buck stops for me.

Well after lookingg over this collection again and then over the Fall/Winter collection, it seriously looks like two different designers were working on the two collections. His use of techno fabric and prints is still thrown throughout, but this is waaaaay different....Maybe I just don't like spring clothing as much..
