Need help id'ing these LevisxWrangler monsters!!! (picture heavy)

After having spotted this beauty a little while ago (and still feeling stupid for not having bought it) now a friend of mine gave me these last week.

LEVISXWrangler:

These are amazing, while other pairs of fake Levi's I've seen were atleast trying to imitate the original, these appear to be just home made with a patch and arcuates sewn on and later a black(!) big E tab was added!

Fake Wrangler button and rivets, but these don't appear to have been Wranglers once that were transformed since the arcuate and patch look like they've been there from the beginning. It's just the tab that was added later.

Also these have one of the most shoddy sewing jobs I've seen on any item of clothing, either very cheap or home made. That's what's puzzles me the most about these, everything screams home made but where did someone who seems to not care at all about the sewing get the hardware?

Anyway, wanted to share them.
