Barneys Walking Shorts

Has anyone tried these? These are the limit of what I'm wanting to pay for a pair of shorts, was hoping to stay around $50. Other suggestions welcome in this price range, (I don't own any pants I could have made into shorts).

they run $85...i wanted to try them on at the barney's here, but they dont even sell em there...they were all like "walking shorts"? i made aimee go look it up in the catalog.

they seemed a lot more crisp and tailored in the catalog. i didnt like the way they fit at all. i'd try save khaki because those are pretty cool shorts. they are around $100ish in price though.
