To that end I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Duncan Quinn, Lord Willy's or can recommend an alternative tailor to seek out for custom shirts.

Both of these guys are very legit. Quinn's direction seems to be more fitted and trim, I'd guess better for your slender frame. Lord Willy's generally have a more traditional, wider frame.

Ultimately, bespoke is bespoke. And they do, in fact, use outstanding materials. Both outsource materials/production from UK, if I'm not mistaken.

Damn $590 is a different story...sorry, must've heard wrong.

But the CCP shirts are tailored very well and should last you quite some time.
