Did a quik search and seems like nobody talked about these new DNR articles about BIG and SE.

The news on BIG's side is they are turnin their basement into a showroom to rep Japanese brands looking to break into US mkt.

The news on SE's side is they will collaborate with IH to open a store in West Hollywood. And they are doing a bicycling jean...stretch anyone??

Just a few corrections to the article..

-we didn't open in January, we opened in November

-we're not in "trendy SOMA", we're in the Mission

-i'm not opening an Iron Heart store, I'm opening The Flat Head LA

-the first quote was taken totally out of context and my words were flipped a bit

Other than that, yes!

i have a question: how many pairs of jeans does Gordon have?

he seems to beat in jeans magically. his 8 month denim experiment with samurais and washing every month(?) was particularly notable.

I think Gordan has a magical enzyme in his body that not many people posses that allows him to break down raw denim three times faster than anybody else.

That's the best explaination i can come up with because i've been wondering the same thing for a while now...
