Looks for a salon in NYC for specific haircut *pic included*

not looking to spend that much,

my hair is that long and is dyed black with some brown showing through so it doesnt need color, just the cut, anywhere i can bring in this picture and have them work from that.... i brought it to the salon near my house and the lady was like "im not comfortable doing that kind of haircut" hmf..

any suggestions..

you could try the salons in chinatown, they're good at doing trendy hairstyles.
