at the very least, there's two really good songs, both because of the fact that they feature people other than Dizzee on them. one is nice because the chorus is sung by Lily Allen,

can't say i'm not into the Mathematicals and English, but i need a second to

play catchup with where Dizzee's going. i think that in a year or two, come next

album, he's going to have something really big to say, this feels like a transitional step.

Bow E3 and No Qualms got like 2 or 3 reloads a piece in the discman on the G this morning. I actually like Letter to Dizz, and that other introspective one (Nothing about me?) with the R&B hook, but fuck that Daddy's girl and that come lay with me bullshit. Straight waste, that.

That last track on the Dizzee record needs a few more listens. It, and the UGK joint, are the standouts in my mind at the moment...

Daddy's Girl is exactly what i was thinking of when i said some tracks were needless.

especially when the point of the song is basically like "despite what i've said all along, i'm going to force my daughter into a career in music."
