Type 1 Lvc 555 Japan

Hi,new kid here though I've been reading for some time now,been great for my denimology .I'm after some history for an LVC Type 1 jacket I bought from Aero Leathers in Scotland 7/8 years ago.Sorry can't post pics yet.The jacket was used and washed when I got it and was told it was a prototype for the Japanese market!!

Single side big E tab with R mark.

555 on button backs.

Blank leather patch on inside back with no sign of any markings ever being there.

Silver edge label on inside front with all washing instructions and materials in Japanese and "MADE IN SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA USA" in English.

On reverse these markings ,40 , 70501 0003 ,555 , 1198 ,26425-3 , 103 co 5.

Have seen other type 1 jackets but none the same as this.

Still in great cond and worn frequently,cheers
