And a little something that Cameland has started.

I like the way the indigo has seeped into the pockets....

Fit pics will be up soon. I've tried them on though. Amazing denim but they're pretty tight around the thighs for me. Might wear them in house first to stretch them a little bit before venturing outside. One thing I notice when opening the box was the smell of the denim, it was kinda 'sweetish'. Nothing like Sugarcanes but they do have a distinctive smell.

Yeah, I don't really look cambodian, don't ask me why. My whole family looks kinda strange but my mum has never said that we are mixed. I do get asked if im a halfcast quite often though.

As you can see, they're tight around the thighs at this moment. I do play quite a bit of football/soccer and go to the gym once in a while. Hope the jeans will stretch soon.

Been a bit busy lately, sorry for the lack of updates. The Flatheads are coming along nicely. They've stretched quite a bit and not as much a pain to wear anymore.

Anyhow, this was a couple of days ago. Decided to check out the local indie music scene at a nearby nightspot. Got there nice and early to get a good view of the stage

Got a drink while waiting for the show to start

And this was the crowd 5 minutes prior to the show starting.

At which point, Murphy's Law struck and the digicam battery promptly died...

What do you plan to put in the notebook?

I like the notebook. Are you keeping a diary of the denim? It might be interesting to put some press clippings from your local newspaper in there to give the jeans a context for where they have been and what has been happening in the world around them.

What I've got so far in the book are stickers (friends and stores), movie tickets and restaurant business cards. I guess anything can go in it e.g. journals, sketches, phone numbers etc.

I can include some press clippings as well, no problem. One thing I perhaps overlooked is perhaps I should've chosen a smaller notebook. Just afraid that it'll get thicker once more things gets pasted into it and it'll be harder to carry it around.

I'm off. 2.47 a.m. here in Malaysia now. Should be able to update more later today.
