I'd say they would be, could do with a small woven label on the front center though.

The engineer cap's got a roomy top part as compared to army caps I think.

It is listed as engineer cap in the SS07 catalogue and it actualy looks like one.

SuperBobo the ones from rakuten you posted are the classic train engineer hats. I think they set the standard. They're nice but I'm not a big fan of the colourways (pinstripes & denim) personally.

I have no idea, unfortunately. We need more inputs. I'm sure there's a lot of brand that have their own version but I can't find much info.

You can get the classic denim one for 12$. It is worth trying.

Not exactly the same, but there are a couple of similar ones by Brixton. I'll be ordered one of theirs sooner than later, I think.. Just can't quite figure out which one I want.
