Paint Stains Removal

Yep...it happened to my girl in the subway station...little fucks must've removed the "Wet Paint" signs. Beige paint on her shirt(s) and Uniqlo jeans. The jeans have a medium to large spot on the ass...the shirts have streaks across the lower section (from leaning on the ledge). Any tips on how to save these garments? Is it even possible?

I searched the forums and found one thread...but it wasn't very extensive and pretty much only offered "turpenoid" as a "that should work" answer for the denim. Any other suggestions or confirmation on how well that will work?

if it was latex paint (likely), a quick wash before it dried would've solved the problem.

if it's caked and dried now, i'd try and peel as much off as possible by hand, get the rest off with turpentine and then immediately hot wash.

use paint thinner on later but dilute it with water use hot water...

Be careful when you clean the affected area. If you rub too hard you might end up with some lighter patches on your jeans reguardless of whether you have raw denim or not. I had gotten water based paint on my levis 501 so I decided to just spot clean and lighter spots started developing. As of right now im waiting for the first wash in order to do anymore cleaning. I've heard that paint thinner works well. Acetone and even gasoline seem to also work.
