CdG wallet

ok, got my blue cdg wallet it the mail...it wasnt in the tissue paper and didnt have a comme des garcons tag on it. Is that normal? i got it at common wealth

I have the black reptile color and it came in a plain white box with plain white tissue. No CDG tag. I got mine at American Rag (SF).

thats kinda crap, i pay 90 bucks with shipping for a wallet, it doesnt come rapped in tissue paper, and it doesnt have the tag....

If you think it's fake take it up with the store, if you dont just get on with it.

If you got it from Commonwealth then I'm sure its legit. Whether or not their shipping/handling services are, is questionable. Their store in DC is legit though and the people that work there are nice.

I wouldn't worry about the wrapper and tags though, I saw some of the CDG wallets in the store and they were straight. The ones at the store had no tags and wrapper either.

there are tons of great alternatives.

jas m.b. wallets are in the same price range and look as nice (or even better).

im a die-hard CDG fan but these wallets are sorta disappointing.

I can somewhat see your concern about the wallet being a display model, but if its not visible in anyway then I think the whole fuzz you're making is pretty ridicilous. hell, if it bothers you, or if there actually is some sign of wear on it, contact the damn seller and return it if you want to. its not rocket science.
