Levi's LVC 1933 2004 DS WTD

Needle in a haystack but does anyone have a DS pair of 2004 1933 in 32 waist and whatever leg (34 would be good)

Ok great thank's as i bought a bargain pair off ebay as these were my 1st pair of 33 and the fit is wicked (as i'm skinny) they are slim cut ..i recently bought a 06 pair thinking that they would be the same fit but oh dear there cut very big and just look plain silly on me.

So i'm hoping for another pair of these i have in 32 whatever leg DS or 30/? washed.

actually--were 201s ever slim? aren't they the cousin of the 501?

The 37 201s 555 are slimmer than my 33 501s 555. My 37 201s (555) 40 waist are trimmer in the waist and thru seat and thighs than my 38 waist 33 501s (555). My 20s 201s 555 are also trimmer than my 33 555 501s.

I thought the 33 was supposed to be a loose fit, much like the 37? I would've thought one of the more modern repros would be a better bet for a slim cut, for example the 47? Although, the detailings would be completely different...

How is the non-555 33 501 from 06 in size compared to to the 555:s?

Haven't seen the new ones but have heard they are cut similar to originals and the 555 ones.

Yere are some hard #s. Both are fully shrunk.

Hope this helps. As you can see the 37 201s are tageed the largest at 40 waist but measure the smallest.

Thanks and all your replys are really helpfull and i reckon from reading that for the slimmest cut in both 33 & 37 then i should go for the 201xx in 37 and look for older 04 or earlier 501xx in 33.

I agree as i recently bought a 06 DS pair of 33 and soaked etc then compared them to my 04 33 and it's a different cut on the later models with alot more fullness.

I don't know why Levis trimmed them up in 04 but I think most of the stuff from that year wasn't up to some of their earlier stuff and from what I've read and seen the fall 06 S/S 07 and the new F/W line are some of the nicest stuff LVC has put out in a while.

I wondered if on superdenim forums there was a thread that maybe someone has started to show how all styles of LVC actually fit by posting there pics up as i would like to know how some models fit.

Remember these run really trim in the waist. Don't know if its the same with the smaller sizes but you'd probably need to be no bigger than a 29 waist for these.

Well mine are tagged 40 and measure 36 after they shrank.
