this is all kinds of bad. im doing my patented master cleanse starting on sunday, i think. 10 days of nothing but this lemonade made with maple syrup and cayenne pepper...i dropped 20 real quick last winter and kept it off until now.

my old boss did this last year and it worked good but toward the end he was a bit irritable. i remember i was having some barbecue ribs for lunch and i couldnt finish and was gonna throw them away, he kept telling dont be a bitch and finish up. i kinda want to try it myself but i dont know yet.

my beer belly got of got out of control last year when i was in japan and i even though i'm now going to the gym all the time and eating real real healthy, it's taking so long to go away. like i used this calorie counter program and i'm suppose to loose like 4 kg (9 pounds) a month but i'm reality i'm loosing like 1 -1.5, i'm one of those real unlucky guy that have the worst metabolism.

because of that, i'm a little shy to post in the WAYWT thread...

No I have too much respect for diabled people's rights, I'll only ever do a disabled person in a disabled person's toilet, or car parked in handicap spot...

But they are not great for exercise... unless they have one of those electric wheelchairs, and force you to run behind them...

I gained almost 20 pounds during the first 12 months after I quit smoking.

my friend gained abt 15 kilos after he quit smokin weed

now he spends majority of time playing WoW, which then reminds me of the SouthPark WoW episode! funny sh*t

yeah it was pretty crazy. ive attempted it twice, and completed it once. its weird, after the first 4 days you stop feeling that physical burning angry-hungry feeling, and you settle into this weird kind of in-between stage. You take an herbal laxative tea at night, and in the morning you do a saltwater flush that basically cleans your colon out over 10 days. Its really weird to say your face getting skinnier day by day. The worst part to me is seeing commercials for food, or walking around and smelling it. Whats scary is that for the first 6, 7 and even 8 days you are expelling foul matter from your bowels, which is scary considering you havent eaten ANYTHING...this is just the shit inside your system you are not allowing your body to rid itself of because you like pizza and corn dogs and meat cake.

Ultimately, i got this depressing epiphany about how food completely controls my life. there are not many social activities aside from sports(which you probably shouldnt be doing when subsisting on the lemonade which is about 800-1000 calories per day) that dont involve food, drinking, or other intoxicants, so you are incredibly restless.

Weird side effects... random angry outbursts, you get so fucking horny you want to fuck anything that walks, your sinuses feel like they are first stuffed with cotton, then drain so clear that you can smell the perfume on the woman across the street, and around day 6 your tongue turns white.

Hmm. Sounds crazy. I've been meaning to try a detox diet; not because I want to lose weight, but rather, the idea of cleaning out all of the caked shit residue in my colon/intestines, etc. sounds nice.

Problem is, I really don't think I could juggle being insanely agitated and moody with having to get up at 6 am every morning and work until night with tons of co-workers around me for 12 hours a day. I'd probably go postal. Interesting anyway. Seems like it would take alot of willpower.

Yeah that stuff works. I have something similar while traveling-mix any type of lemon aid with ginger, ceyanne pepper, garlic, honey and your good to go. The pepper boosts the immune system good for sore throats tastes okay really not all that bad.
