fixed it for you...

Actually I looked it up and it was Flight 93. It was the made for tv version. I got it at at the video store thinking it was the one released in theatres. Either way, it had me balling and in a rage, so much so that I didn't sleep that night.

Wow. This Japanese movie was incredibly sad. True story about a mom who abandons her kids in an Tokyo apartment...

After tonight, I am going to add Mira Nair's The Namesake. It was subtle but stirring. Despite the deep cultural background it's steeped in, the interpretations of marriage, family, and love felt very universal, very relatable.

Also, Kal Penn is a good actor.

This morning in my world religions class we were watching "Wide Awake" by M. Night Shyamalan..

It's not really a sad movie at all, but it almost made me tear up thinking of my grandpa who just got out of the hospital.

Also, I've gotta second Grave of the Fireflies, and King Kong.

the one flew over the cucoo's nest (cucoo's probably wrong, maybe even the title) made me teary eyed, and other's but already mentioned.

torrentspy.com is making me teary eyed for not working and allowing me to dl some of these movies.
