yeh, chinese-german wedding in singapore. a mish mash of everything. was hoping for a bit of sausages and pork knuckles. I wonder if the german contingent approved of the Tiger beer.

edit: rather enjoyed the vanilla tobasco ice cream. the heat from the tobasco nicely layered with the vanilla scent and the sweetness of the cream.

Cool Pea Consomme and Butternut Squash Soup

Avocado, Pear, Gorgonzola, Walnut and Spinach salad with honey balsamic vinegarette

Crepes with nutella and banana/blackberry flabeau

There were savory crepes also (grilled mushrooms, eggplant and squash with rosemary-garlic bechamel) but I ended up being too fucked up to properly prepare them (yet not the flambeau, go figure).
