nice hotels in philly...?

any good small boutique hotels in philly?

I'm going to a wedding there in two weeks; it's at the Academy of Fine Arts, so anyplace in downtown would be great (within walking distance).

I like to avoid the Ritz which is reccomended by the wedding party, despite it's proximity to the event.

not small, not cheap, but sofitel is well-regarded and close to the Academy

i've never stayed there, but that location is ideal for a supertalker

that's the heart of upscale philly shopping right there

a couple doors down ot ubiq for some kicks, a block behind you is an alden dealer-----actually, that shouldn't matter to you seeing as you are coming from brooklyn, NVM.
