Redyeing Overdyed Jeans

I've done it. Albeit many moons ago.

Dylon make a variety of dyes, hot (machine), cold and multipurpose. They all work, although the cold dye seemed at the time, the weaker of the three. The other 2 required hot water, so be aware that this may cause undesirable shrinkage. Dylon may have improved performance of these dyes since I used them.

Just a little caveat, with redyeing, you have to be aware that unless your stitching is 100% cotton, then it will take dye differently to the cotton fabric of the jeans. Assuming your jeans are 100% cotton ;)

I notice that Dylon have now a 'Machine Dye for Denim' which I'm most curious about.
