As a bassist you're pretty good at maintaining the overall tempo...your like a little metronome girl....but you shouldn't have to be the one that roots the beat....you need a drummer

Well to be fair i think the singer actually sounded decent...

Your guitarist needs to work on her guitar tone and her rhythm...

And yes what your band really needs is a drummer...you'll be amazed at the difference. There's definitely some potential there it just sounds totally flat without a drummer to add some dynamics.
