Blanc0, it shouldn't be the 88Tees shop on the main street of Honolulu you are refering to, is it? That is absolutely an amazing store with an incredible selection of Vintage jeans. I have a 800$ Big E's from them and they were also a bargain when I look at the condition.

I might seriously buy those Bartacks from you Serge, I been looking heavily on the auction the last few days. Btw, my girlfriend loves the Evisu I bought from you :-)

Speaking of "bartack"...last summer when I was in Japan, I bought a pair of Bartack jeans from Nano-Universe, http://www.zozo.jp/shop/nanouniverse/. They had a really classic design and lovely wash but I don't know anything bout this company. They weren't incredibly expensive, around 14,000 yen, which is low-to-mid for Japan standards. Is this an American brand or Japanese brand?

Script I am 33 waist and 31+ in the inseam. I like to get a tight jean and stretch into them, so a lot of times I get a 32 and stretch it out.

I went looking around for bartack jeans and the ones I found were not vintage Levi's copies at all, so I'm wondering if 2 companies are using the trademark.

Here is my favorite pair. They are Levi's Big E 501 redlines from the late 60's. they are true hippy jeans, look at the drags. Oh yeah, these wear well too! These are the jeans I wear to rockstar parties!
