I think your best bet is the Brickskeller on P Street, home to over 700 beers from around the world.

Also, Saint Ex on 14th Street usually have good belgian beers on tap.

Whole Food Market at P and 14th might also have what you're looking for.

Hmm... 100 bottles? Thats 5 cases... at 38 bucks a piece for me. So $190 for beer plus $100 finders fee plus shipping. I don't think I can support anyone spending over $300 on that small an amount of alcohol, but if you're serious PM me.
