Hey guys Im finishing up my stay in Tokyo and now im headed to hong kong for a few days. Im looking for some shopping recomendations in Hong Kong. I was wondering where the best place to look for fake stuff is, and where the best malls or shopping areas are. Also is there any other place besides take 5 to look for japanese denim?

Oh no I found plenty of denim here but I still wanted to check out Take5 and any other place with japanese denim. My sister is trying to find some japanese denim but were having no luck finding geishas or any other pair that fits her well, thats why I was wondering where to look in Hong Kong. She is also looking for a fake Bape hoodie thats why I was asking about fakes.

yep. shenzhen is the place for fakes. whatever you find in hong kong fake wise can be had for much cheaper in shenzhen (provided you aren't stupid and pay their asking price and bargain hard - usually ~20% of what they are asking for). this has all been covered in other threads though, so do a search. nowhere else really for japanese denim...

what are you shopping for exactly? if you elaborate further then i can help. most HK malls just run together though.

i've looked. take 5 is the best place to find japanese denim. lane crawford carries evisu and there are 1001 original stores around HK that sell red monkeys, but take 5 is the best.

if you want knock offs, go to the ladies market in mongkok or temple street in jordan. but like everyone says, shenzen is the best. if you have a visa and time, its worth the trip to go up north to lo wu city. tons of knock offs and much cheaper than HK.
