the reason I am asking if I calculate that the time needed to walk from levis to flight club is over the time my tour coach leaves, then I will be stuck in NYC for the whole night

Yeah it'll take 10-15 minutes. You could take the train from Prince to 8th street which will put you right by Flight Club.
