Flat Head 7005 Denim Shirt

Hi, picked up my denim shirt from Flat Head today, just thought I post some pictures

The 2ND sticker says: "We just want real thing."

This is a gift I got from the store I bought the shirt from (2ND), it seems to be somekind of rag, but I have no idea of it's purpose, maybe the note says something about it, I have no idea, I don't speak japanese, help anyone? Gonna soak it later or tomorrow.

Not sure how it'll fit, I think the arms are fine in length, but it could be a bit slimmer all around, I fear it'll shrink too much to fit me though.

2ND is truly a great store, the downside is that they don't know english, so you'll have to use babel fish to translate your mails into japanese which might cause some problems, but they're patient and will try and help you as much as possible.

You can always soak it, and stretch the arms etc.

I'm probably gonna throw it in the tub in 40c and put it on afterwards to stretch it some.

Not as stiff as I thought it would be, but I'm guessing it'll feel more rigid after the soak

That's a dope shirt. I love Flathead stuff. The quality is definitely there. Just to let everyone know 2nd is also a dope shop. Is a small store almost in the middle of nowhere, in the Mie Prefecture, right below Osaka. The shop manager is Mr. Ise, who is very helpful and will gladly answer any questions about the product, but he doesn't speak English. They also hem jeans there with the original Samurai or Flathead thread, on a vintage Union Special, which is a plus.

The 7005 size 44 starts of at about 46 chest and ends up at about 43. Arms and back shrink about 2 inches too. The 7001 does the same thing, the 44 I soaked end up at exactly the same size as a raw 42.

Haven't used the shirt at all, so it's still stiff.

Hopefully I'm gonna start using it more now that spring finally has decided to come around
