marc jacobs oily dress shoe US size 9, fits like US 11. I wore these 1 day to work and decided they were too big.

heel to toe: 12.5 in.

widest point: 4.25 in.

toe:1.5 in.

heel height: 1in.

these have been sitting around for a while, but I need to sell since they are just too big. $300 shipped in the US.

it doesn't appear to me that they can, then again I'm not a tailor. The double stiching you see in the photo, with the apc logo stripe extends to both ends of the waist.
