I once was an exchange student for 2 years during unversity at the world's largest women's college in the world (long story), which is coincidentally here in Korea. The greed for luxury-branded goods here is high (as well as the import taxes on top of the regular high prices), so this idea has come and gone with varying success, started a few years ago I believe.
