Somet Slim Vs. Skull 5010xx

The measurements for Somets are on the own-mag site, and the measurements for the Skulls have been posted here several times i think...

The darts on the Somets look to be there for some sort of shaping in the thigh rather than slimness. Strange, I'm kinda iffy on them...

I'm looking for skinny raw jeans again too, up in the air about Somets, Skulls, New Cures, PBJ XX005's, etc. The Skulls are cool but a bit too rock n roll for me, and personally the red tab bothers me. I actually just want another pair of Diors, but this is what I'd pay for these jeans, roughly:

Diors: $400

New Cures: $220

Somet: $190

Skull: $150

PBJ: $150

basically I can buy 2 or 3 pair of Japanese jeans for what Diors cost me, but not of them are what I'm looking for in terms of look... :(

dismal, i didn't see Julian Red in that list...why not a pair of calis? or hobokens

Yeah, I had once thought of these, but they'd be super hard to get for me, unless they sell them someplace in Tokyo? I can buy Dior and APC locally (subject to the local super high import taxes, and shit selection), and that's it. I have a lady friend who is a flight attendant and flies to and from Tokyo almost everyday or every other day, where she's originally from, so getting her to get me any of the Japanese denims is pretty easy too. The local currency vs. the yen right now is incredible and most Japanese jeans in question are like $150 for me.

The European brands I can get would be the bigger ones, acne, nudie of course, and now april 77.

I probably sound like Asterix now but I just can't find another pair of jeans that has the higher rise/boxy crotch X super slim hem like a Dior, yet I don't want to buy another pair of Dior. :P

Also, it's probably blasphemous, but I plan to wear these with a bit nicer shoes/tops, so I would actually prefer the look of singed, flat denim with a sheen like APC or Dior, over the slubby denim for these.
