how to shrink denim!

I got a pair of neighborhood denim for my birthday but they are a few cm's big on the waist...how can I make them smaller...or do I just have to eat to fill them up??

NBHD jeans are heavilly distressed and that usually include quite a few wash already, so your option for shrinking them are pretty limited. you won't be able to really shrink them much. since the jeans only come in S, M, L and XL size, the sizing can be pretty hard, especially if you're around a 30 or so waist. either you wear them with a belt, or sell them on ebay and buy a new smaller pair, you might even make a profit...

was wondering about one-wash jeans particularly R&B RB6s...... waist stretched sort of.. wondering if a cold soak or warm or hot soak would shrink it back to the tagged style... thanks
