my girlfriend uses the same size in those laceups as she does in dunks but those keds are much slimmer than a pair of i.e dunks, especially the toebox.

Uhm, i have no idea. I tried to calculate on fedex.com but it just gave me an insane number. I can go check the post office tomorrow or saturday and let them give me a price. The shoes itself costs 300 (maybe a little bit more) NOK, Norwegian Kroner.
