Levi Premium Rigid Skinner 28 x 32 NWT $80

Hello everyone. I'm selling a pair of Levi's Premium Rigid Skinners in 28x32. They are new with tags and i'm asking $80 or best offer shipped. These aren't the Capital E skinners, but rather the older Premium line.

whats the stretch on these? also whats the hem measurement?

^ almost no stretch and the waist measurement (28") is really 28" at your hips, just above pube area because they are low waist.

the hem measurement is 9 inches across.
