hereis the situation,

i'm not a denim supplier in any what so ever way, if any one rememebr i had mention i get sugar canes for free is because one of my friend stock them, and he had decided to close doen his company so he had ask me to help him get rid of his canes, and thats why i have been selling sugar canes for the last 3 month.

now for those of you who have knowledge of fabric construction or work with textiles before you know that there will be some times mistake or flaws in the fabric, such as missing yarns due to the person who was weaving the fabric or what ever rerason, and his case i guess there was a a lil section that had a flaw such as "missing weft yarn" and that cause the the flaw a bit more obivious. and as i have indicated to hewsinator that it will fade as the denim goes thru its natural wear and tear life, it was never been patch up since it's a gush in the fabric to begin with.

and i have told him that if the jean wasn't soak i would take them back right away, now that he have soak the jeans it would be extra hard for me to sell them. and he point out to me that i could still sell them as a "one wash jean" but to be fair shrinking a pair raw cane to fit your self is part of the package . i honestly dont know which one of you will take the pair he have soak?

its the same idea as buying a brand new car from a dealership, even you only drove it for 10 minutes it is still consider used when you wish to return it to the dealership, and consequently the price will reduce dramtically.

the solution i offered hewsinator was that i would refound a portion of the money back to him but not full, since he had soak the denim already.

Yes the jeans are flawed, and yes something like that is VERY easy to miss. I bought a pair of seconds with a much larger version of that ON MY ASS and did not notice where the damage was, even with a sticker, for a month. That damage is what I would consider unnoticeable and can be fixed witha minor reweaving in that area (www.denimtherapy.com) IMO, a much better soloution would be for 6MT to arrange to pay for this fix, or to give you a partial refund, because you did soak before inspecting, and that did lower the value of the jeans. You should have checked first, no matter trust or not, we all have absent moments.

i have agreed to partial refound, but hewsinator wants full refound, and i can't do that

i have no opinion on this case, i want to make that known now.

but isn't the point of supertalk how people wear the shit out of their jeans and then in 6 months come back and show the damage they did to them?

in anycase, it would be awesome to walk into a TJ Maxx or Marshalls one day and see a pair of sugarcane 66's marked as irregular....
