altering "anti-fit"

is this possible? my jeans make me look like i have a puffy ass. would a tailor be able to get rid of the "anti-fit" of a pair of jeans?

Its sort of a bitch to do. You would have to rip out the whole inseam to get up there... pretty major denim surgery. But Yes to answer the question its doable.

I recently did some tapering via inseam on some jeans that were too big for me.

The legs are awesome but I have all this excess ass fabric.

It's too hard to fix it, without screwing it up.

Doesn't look too good, but ehh... I suppose I can live with it.
