you definitely should get your amcas in like as soon as humanly possible, now that you have your scores. late august is not late per se, but it's around the beginning of september that schools start to get absolutely slammed...

Thanks for the advice, i wasn't expecting to be in this situation right now. I'm only applying to a few DO schools this year, i've heard they take acceptances late into may. If it doesn't work out this year, i'll be applying early and broadly to DO/MD school's next June with some post-bacc work done. Hopefully i won't have to worry about that.

Congrats herpsky, good luck with your interviews. Totally surprised with my MCAT score, i really thought i performed horribly on the day. I guess i should get my application in ASAP. Hope everyone else did well, and if things didn't turn out the way you hoped, the CBT is shorter. My roomate jumped 8 points from his MCAT last year, so don't give up.

congrats crisis i was waiting to hear from you. My physical sucked real bad even though I thought it was good. I'm retaking because I'd feel like I'd like to be in a better position...
