i'm pretty sure the waist right now is 31"...but would shrink down to 30" once washed...I'll measure for sure when I get home from work this evening and give you a definite answer tomorrow...thanks for your interest

actual measurements (before shrinkage):

waist - 31"

inseam - 36"

thigh (i measured across the thigh about one inch down from the crotch) - 12" across
