Chinese American guys are pretty popular among Japanese women, we're stereotyped as being good with finances, not as bossy as Japanese men, and good in the kitchen. The negative stereotype we get is that we're mama's boys, according to my wife's coworkers.

btw, if you have a japanese girlfriend, japanese is super easy to learn. i know americans who've become fluent in about 2 years. i know americans who've married japanese girls who can speak and read better than me (although my accent is better).
