Question about starched jeans.

I see people who have starched their own jeans and have them stand on their own. The jeans must be super stiff by then, are they still comfortable wear?

I've got a pair of IronHeart jean and love the stiffness and wonder if I starched my other jeans if they wear will be similar.

The wear on jeans is typically due mainly to the construction and quality of the denim not just its stiffness. Stiffness does help though. So you could probably achieve similar results if you starched the hell out of all your nondistressed jeans.
