They definitely don't look as worthy of the price tag in those pics as they do in the catalogue pics. Then again, I don't think $400 is fair either way. I would probably pay $275 max for these, and that would be mostly because I am a Visvim addict and like to collect them.

Do you guys think these will fit like all stars hi tops? Or will the leather lining mean I should size up .5? I'm normally a 9.5 in all stars, but I think I might spring for a 10 in these. I'm a 10.5-11 in all other shoes

get a 9.5. When I tried on Kiefers they fit exactly the same as Chucks.

^i wear 9 for chucks but 9 kiefers are slightly bigger. unfortunately for me they don't make 8.5, so i settle for a 9
