Rough, gritty, heavyweight 18oz unsanforized denim from Studio D'Artisan. Great texture! The jean commemorates 2011, an unforgettable year for Japan, as well as the bonds that are created from one person to another.

The D1558 is slim fit with a slight taper from the knee down.

Rope dyed indigo

are the n&f tees really loopwheeled? circular knit yes but of course that does not equate to being loopwheeled, as in TFH loopwheeled tees. (and of course not being loopwheeled does not mean it can't be a very nice tee). Ask because $38 would be an insane value for a true loopwheel tee

You're right. They're circular knit but not loopwheeled.. little mistake there in the N&F blog post. Thanks for pointing that out.

Had my NFxMomotaros done there - decent job. $28.00. The person who does them picks up on Tuesday and delivers the next Tuesday, so keep that in mind if you don't want to be without your jeans for too long.

it definitely looks like slubby denim, and much different from what sda typically uses. tried looking it up but there isn't too much info out there :\ it's not even on the sda site.

yep special edition. 18oz but feels a little lighter and denim is slubby alright. Didn't know it was part of our last buy so I just have the basic info on it.. I'll see if the guys at SDA can give us more details

Notice the spelling mistake on the t-shirt... "For Hige Hope" instead of "For High Hope". The best part is that Hige means "mustache" in Japanese! I love when Japanese brands make english errors, to me it's fun and athentic. For mustache hope!!!
