you'll need a size 50 for a normal fit, 48 for a snug fit for the lumen;

I think a size 46 LUC jean will work for you. I dont have the black i have a dark grey.

and I believe there might be an indisent coat on yahoo japan. size 1 might be a nice trim fit for a 48 ... idk
