could anyone advise on strong but non oily sunblocks? i'm slightly photo sensitive, and am currently using la roche posay sunblocks - one spf 50 and the other spf 60. they only offer UVA protection, whilst i've been told i need UVB protection as well. i realise a large range of labels offer both protection, but i'm not sure which to choose from - help?

in Australia, where they know about sunblock due to no Ozone layer, the highest spf you are legally allowed to sell is 24.

The theory is that it is possible to create a higher spf in the lab, but that in practise and reality, it wears off due to sweating etc etc

so, a good 24 block should be all you need.

Also, it's important to put it on at least 40 mins before getting into the sun to give it time to react and start working
