I review resumes pretty often and it's never bothered me. I don't really like the "Sir or Madam" thing I see sometimes, but still...doesn't really impact how I read or respond to their resume.

a buddy of mine is doing his residency over in s. carolina and got off a 36 hour shift.

The residents in Montreal are presently on strike in hopes of having their 24hr shifts reduced to no more than 12.

36 hour shifts as a resident is a miserable way to go. (First class ticket to lots of virgins, though.)
