Studio D'artisan sold in USA?

Okay...im tired of going onto japanese websites. Sure the denim is awesome, but i dont speak japanese. Is there anywhere in the us i can purchase the following brands in person:

blue in green is a store thats been advertised on here that has sugarcanes and some other japanese brands, they're in new york haven't been yet so i can't personally comment

blue in green is supposed to get studio d'artisans soon and currently have sugarcanes. i think alan bilzarian in boston has number (n)ine.

they also have oni, samurai, warehouse, pure blue as well as sugurcane.

in non-selvage, they have john bull and stitch.

i also checked out their phenomenon jeans which were fuckin awesome. incredible details.
